I regret to inform you that with your sc category rank of 7650 its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like top nits.
But theres chaces for you to get admission into lower nits and iiits for sure. Nits you can easily take admission are nit nagaland, nit sikkim , nit shillong,
nit manipur , nit aizawal but with non core branches.
And iiits with your rank iiit baghalpur, iiit bhopal, iiit dharwad , iiit guwahati , iiit imphal, iiit kerela , iiit andhrapradesh , iiit maharashtra , iiit jharkhand.
