hello my marks is 430, all india rank is 152729, obc category rank is 67310, can get any government college at any round of councelling including mop up round. and what i have to do?

430 is a very low score for securing govt. medical seat even with obc category through all India counselling you should try in 85% quota but even in 85% there are very less chances . all though you can go for BDS and AYUSH.
