So as per your question, if the specified option is not present, then you can either choose the option of government employee, if your mother is working in government hospital, or else, you can choose private employee if she is not a government employee. Or, you can choose any other option which is near to the occupation.

Neet is a sole entrance exam for medical aspirants. It is the biggest exam of India.
Eligibility to appear for Neet is that the candidate must be an indian. The candidate must have completed 17 years of age. Candidate must have passed class xii with minimum 50% marks with physics, chemistry and biology. English is mandatory subject.
Neet qualifying percentile For general category candidate is 50 percentile, for sc/st it is 40 percentile and for obc it is 45 percentile.
