Hello,
You should give the same name of your mother as given in the class 12 results. During the time of admission, the authorities might ask for some extra documents to verify the details.
Also, KCET has reopened the application correction window from June 26 to June 29, which you could use to correct any details you want.
You can try to contact the authorities of KCET through their helpline number so that you can clarify your doubts.
Helpline number - 080 23460460 available on all working days from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Hello,

It may cause some problems at time of documents verification as well as in long term so first of all you need to file anaffidavitfrom nearestdistrict civil court.And from future point of view you should apply to your education board office for correcting the mistake and issue the corrected certificate.That can be done online.

Aishwarya you should use her real name which she is having in her identity proofs..if the name you have used in the KCET from is different from her identity proofs then you need to change it.
Don't worry about it much...just get an affidavit done.
