Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well . See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks through State quota .
As per 2020 cut-offs,the cutoff score for management quota in a government medical college was 599 and the college allotted was Government Medical College,Barmer .
In 2021 too,the cutoffs are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's. So it seems difficult that you'll get a management seat in a government medical college.
You can still try for private colleges if you wish to.
You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category both through AIQ and SQ of your state from the link given below :

You can have a better idea of the expected cutoffs by viewing the past year cutoffs through the link below:

Hope my answer helped.
Greetings Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well. I see that you have scored 586 marks in your neet examination and you are domiciled in Rajasthan. There are no management seats in Government Colleges. Anyways according to last year's Cut off, with the marks scored there are few chances that you get a government seat through state councelling. Also it is pretty sure that you could get a government seat for alternate courses like BVSC, BAMS etc. Also you could get a seat in private colleges through management.
As you are from Rajasthan these are few of the medical colleges you could apply for MBBS in Rajasthan.
1. Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur , Rajasthan.
2. Pacific Medical College and Hospital, Udaipur, Rajasthan.
3. SPMC Bikarner- Sardar Patel Medical College, Bikaner, Rajasthan.
4. Geethanjali Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
5. Jaipur National University institute for medical science and hospital, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
