Hi Jaizal Issac, from last year NEET UG trend it is seen that the candidate with rank 46338 got a management seat in a clinical department, he/she got into Bharati vidyapeeth Deemed University Medical College in Pune and got a seat in M.D Anaesthesiology via all india counselling.so you have good chances of getting a clinical seat somewhere and if you have state domicile it could make it even more simpler, good luck buddy
