Hello ,my neet score 235 (OBC) creamy layer so in which percentile under ill come ..my rank 12923 shall i get any admission

please be specific with your question
is this your expected score? If yes then you should know that 235 will not get you any government college & not a very good private college.
rest will all depend on the cut off
but there‘s not much difference betweengeneral & obc cut off so aim for higher marks for selection.
