Hello, my rank for bsc-agri in kcet is 17k.And there was no practical exam held for this year(2020) students, yet I have agriculture reservation quota and I fall under 3B-R category with hyd-kar certificate. So, am I eligible for bsc-agri orelse bsc-forestry government seat.
Dear Aspirant,
It is going to be extremely difficult for you to get admission in any of the government institutes of the state as your performance in KCET is extremely poor with respect to the number of seats available for the course that you want to pursue. The number of seats in Karnataka is extremely limited. The number of seats is so less that it pales in comparison to the number of applicants. In fact the total number of seats for Agriculture is only close to 1100. So I hope you understand the situation that you are in right now and the perilous position of yours. Even if you belong to a particular reservation category, still you need to have a solid backup of a good quota rank as close as within 250 or less. Only then can have some real chances of making into the government institutes.
Right now, you need to explore your options or look for good private Institutes in the state where you can look for getting admission. Before joining any of the private institutes of the state, I would like request you to compare these colleges to know by yourself which is the better college for you to pursue graduation.
