Hello my rank in jipmer pg july 2019 is 37 in st category should i go for counciling for any clincial branches ?

According to seat matrix, there are 15 seats for ST category candidates in JIPMER for pg courses.
The ranks invited are from 1 to 150 for clinical branches there.
So, according to me, yes you have to apply for jipmer pg counselling rounds.
