Hello, my rank in neet pg 2019 is 43154 in obc/sebc category? Are there any chances of clinical in ms or dnb ?

With your rank it is possible for you to get into both MS and DNB because the cutoff rank for the most prominent colleges in India from past 2 years is 59934.
As you got less rank than that, you can easily get into four colleges and to the first round counselling of the colleges
