Since every year cutoff changes but with reference to the previous year's cutoff based on your rank you won't be able to get into this stream in the college you mentioned but you can apply for other streams or other colleges for the same stream. So for your reference i am providing you the link of previous year cutoff so that you can check what other options you can take.
