He can surely convert Biotechnology engineering and Textile technology engineering at IIT Delhi.
He can also convert DTU Delhi all branchrs.
Some other IIT he can convert are Ropar, Mandi, Jammu, Jodhpur, Palakkad, Tirupati, Bhilai.
Depending upon his area of specialization he can choose colleges below based on previous years cutoff.
