Dear Sekhar, for a Candidate belonging to OBC, to clear NEET, he/she should have secured atleast 40 percentile of top NEET score. That is considered as the cut off. Now scoring mere cut off doesn't guarantee a medical seat. This is because, the no.of seats available against the no.of Candidates qualified are quite less. And by the time of the mop up rounds, there are still Candidates scoring more than the cut offs and hence they are given a chance for attending the counselling and selecting a seat or College. Now even Management quota in Private Medical Colleges is filled through respective State Counselling. Only those seats available after all rounds of Counselling in Management Quota in Private Medical Colleges, Deemed/Central Universities are eligible for direct admission or spot admissions. And these seats cost you nothing less than 25-40 lakhs.

Yes Neet cutoff for OBC category candidate is 133-107. But all students doesn't get colleges at this much marks only reason is that either they don't get their desired courses or they are not getting government college.

At qualifying marks only you can get a private college through management quota. For getting a government college you have to be in a range of 500-600 (depends on course you are looking for like BDS bhms bums BAMS etc).
