hello please help me I have a doubt in solutions chapter in physical chemistry in class12 when I am studying solutions chapter I was getting afraid to see the formulas And I am getting fearness and how can I prepare weekend exams? give some advises to me

Firstly make sure that all the concepts are clear if not you can refer video lectures available on many platforms and for formulae you can have to revise them regularly or understand the may they are derived , also you have to make notes and read the chapter line by line form N.C.E.R.T and you will be able to complete the chapter till weekend , and no need to worry you will do well.
