Hey Arpita!

For general category cutoff percentile for JEE Mains 2019 was 89 percentile which means you have nit cleared  JEE mains and you are not eligible for JoSAA counselling 2019. But on the basis of JEE marks there are many state level counselling held across the country you can apply for those like MHT counselling or MP BE counselling. You can check your elibility for different colleges according to your score using careers360 college predictor.
