• Must secure min 55% marks in PG level(for GEN) and for backward castes 50%
• Age Criteria :

For JRF: Not more than 30 yrs

Eligibility criteria for ugc net environmental science is following:

Candidates should have scored aggregate 55% marks in master's degree or other equivalent degree.

While candidates from reserved category should score aggregate of 50% marks.

Age limit criteria is following:

Assistant professor: There is no upper age limit in applying for ugc-net assistant professor.

JRF: Not more than 30 years for open category students. A relaxation of 5 years is given to reserved category and women.
