Hey Yash,
For UPSEE it's Compulsory to Upload Your 10th Marksheet And 12th Marksheet in the time of Counselling. For Academic Performance You must Upload 10th. And 12th marksheet in 12th section. And if You don't do this Neither Your Documents can be verified and nor you can continue the counseling.

For document verification it is necessary for you to upload your 10th and 12 th marksheet along with your upsee admit card and rank card because on that basis only you will be eligible for choice filling otherwise not.
