Greetings,

Aniket , You are eligible for admission only if you get minimum 50% in your final  year , Candidate will only be selected if he/she gets minimum 50% in their final year , BHU do not care about your first or second year percentile but do consider your final year percentile in a specific Bachelor's degree

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA BHU LLB 2019

* The applicant appearing in BHU LLB to seek admission in three year law programme need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline obtained from any recognized Institute or University

* Should have minimum 50% marks in your Bachelor Degree and aggregate of all subject is must .

*I f a candidate is appearing in the final year examination of the qualifying degree and wish to apply for three year LLB entrance exam of BHU , they will also be considered eligible for BHU LLB . However , the admissions will be subjected to fulfilment of passing the qualifying examination and the minimum marks criteria as per BHU LLLB eligibilty conditions .

AGE BAR
There is no age bar to appear in law examination

NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS

Irrespective of the age and number of attempts , he/she can appear in law examination as many times he /she wishes to .

It should be noted that only matching eligibility is not enough to seek admission in a law programme . A candidate also need to qualify BHU LLB 2019 ( entrance exam organised by BHU ) to get into three year LLB degree course . Therefore after  checking the BBHU LLB 2019 it should be strictly  complied with.

So Aniket you need to work hard for your final year examination and try to get minimum 50% in your Bachelor Degree because if you are unable to get 50% this time in your final year you will not be eligible even to sit for the entrance exam (BHU CET LLB 2019) .

So I would advice you again  that you should get 50% also because if you are determined to do three year law most of the law college in India require  at least  minimum 50 % for their candidate .

Even if you go for DU LLB or CLAT or any other law entrance exam their eligibilty requirement will be for sure ' MINIMUM 50% IN BACHELOR's DEGREE '

So you can apply but be sure that you get minimum 50% in your Bachelor's Degree because after that you need to work for BHU CET LLB

I hope this article might have helped you resolve all of your queries mentioned and if not then do drop a comment I will be delighted to help you out.
