hey Ahad,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 are worried about their colleges.Since you have scored good marks as far as veterinary college is concerned .so you have good chances of getting a good govt. veterinary college.

Your score is good enough to get a veterinary college. But admission to veterinary college will be made through AIPVT counselling( based on marks obtained in NEET 2019) organised by Veterinary Council of India(VCI) and not NEET counselling. The schedule for AIPVT has been released recently which is as follows-
Publication of seats under 15% All India Quota seats- 16 July 2019
First round of AIPVT counselling-
