The eligibility for B Com, BCA and BBA is 50 percent. For BA the eligibility is pass marks in any discipline. Before applying for the program you have to see whether qualify the eligibility or not.

For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defense Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants) is also given.

Ni, you cant get admission in Lovely professional University because you cant appear in LPU NEST due to your 12th marks because one need to have at least 60% marks in 12tg to apply for LPU entrance exams.

If you are taking admission in Lpu through lpu nest exam then your 10+2 percentage should be 60. So You can't take admission in that College. Lpu is one of the named university so it's placement is good but it's fees is high. Lpu has give many great placement of 1 core.
You can take admission through management quota, from that you can take admission.
