There are various factors which are considered for calculating the cutoffs such as number of students appeared in the examination, highest marks obtained, number of seats in medical colleges etc. As these quantities vary every year, it is difficult to predict any cutoffs. But we if go through the cutoffs of last year, then scoring around 480 marks in Neet can fetch you a good government seat in private colleges. But for government colleges such as Gandhi Medical College Secundrabad, ESI Medical College Sanathnagar, Kakatiya Medical College etc had the cutoff score above 560 marks. Govt Medical college Mahabubnagar, Govt Medical College Nizamabad etc had cutoff score around 530 to 538 marks. And GMC Suryapet, Golconda had the cutoff score around 502 and 503 respectively. Whether the cutoffs will increase or decrease, depend on the factors. But as you know last year's cutoffs, so you have an idea now how much score can fetch you a government seat.
