First of all I would like to say 72% in not that bad which you acquire during this pandemic period without giving exam. Here you got your percentage that means you passed in all your subjects but you want to give improvement only in maths that means you got low marks in maths. See if you really want to upgrade it then improvement in 2022 is an option. It's totally up to you.

If you are appearing for any entrance then i would suggest join the college rather than waste a year as pandemic is still there, no one can comments how will 2022 boards affects or not. So be smart, better you go for a college. Hope this may helps you.
