Hi taresh,

First of all just set this in your mind that this one year will decide your future so stay dedicated to it study as much as possible  avoid each and every distraction on front of you. Avoid social media just for one year.  You should be disciplined to your time table. Make a flexible time table according to your preference.

Study at night alone  as much as possible and sleep in the day time after 1:30 pm finishing your coaching.

Read each and ever word written in your ncert books carefully and get them in you mind with their meaning.

Practice physics and chemistry numericals daily.

All the best.

For any other information you can ask us.

Hi,
When you will come home from your coaching you should take a sleep 2:00pm to 5:00 or 6:00 pm. And then wake up have refreshment and then  continue your studies. 6:00 pm to 10: 00pm  homes usually have loud environment then you can not read biology or chemistry  at that time so giive this time too practice numericals of physics, chemistry and biology mcqs everyday. Do take some break in between. Then 11:00pm - 3:00am study all the reading and learning chapters of respective subjects. Give 1hour 30 minutes to each subject and take 15 minutes break out of 1hour 30 minutes time. Then you will have four hours to sleep up to 7'O clock and you have already taken 3-4 hours of sleep it means you  will complete at least 6 hour of sleep which is required for a good health. Study chapters in ncert books and then do follow some extra book to have more knowledge. Mtg books are good for practicing mcqs. Stay focused  to your goal and make your own time table on the basis of your preferences and follow it to attain your goal. All the best.

Hello aspirant,

As a dropper you should be utilising every second you get, for this one year. This can be your study schedule-

Wake up at 6 and revise the topics that are going to be taught at your coaching that day for about an hour and then get ready for class.

Assuming that you will get home by 1:50,get fresh, take rest and complete your lunch by 2:30.

Study a tough subject from 2:30- 5:30. Take a break till 5:45-50(max till 6), then study your favourite subject from 6-9. Have your dinner, and study a moderate subject from 10-12. Go through the topics ypou studied in about 45 mins and go to sleep. And remember to utilise each and every minute of the days you don't have coaching on, since I made this schedule with sufficient breaks considering that you will be exhausted of studying after attending the institute.

You can always change this and allot more time if you can, since this schedule mentions the minimum time you should be giving. On the days you don't feel well, don't force yourself to follow this since it will do no good. Studies need concentration. Keep your goal in your mind always. Revise the topics you are poor at daily, until you are perfect in them. For topics that need detaied mugging up, make a routine to read them once daily and keep marking off the parts that you know very well, so that you can revise only the unprepared parts on days when you can't give much time. Hope this helps, good luck!
