Hello there,

Hope you are doing well. See,KCET and NEET are two separate examinations . They aren't related . Hence,if you didn't appear for KCET but have attempted NEET-2021 exam and want to undergo the Counselling process to get into a college for courses like MBBS,BDS or allied courses ,you can definitely do so .

You'll be allotted a college based on your NEET AIR and category.

The official counselling website of Karnataka for admission into various colleges through NEET is

http://kea.kar.nic.in

You can keep visiting their official website for further updates regarding the Counselling dates and etc.

Hope my answer helped.
