Hello sir I am getting 29 marks in Gate 2019 CE and I belong to obc category,is there any chance of getting admission into iit or nit ?

According to your score and considering that you are from OBC category, you can get admission in the lower IITs and NITs. It will also depend on the specialization that you will go for. Getting admission in top IITs might be difficult with this score.
