The minimum age limit to appear for IBPS Clerk is 20 years and the maximum age limit is 28 years. Your age as of today is 28 years 3 months 12 days. If you belong to general category you are not eligible to appear for IBPS Clerk exam. But if you belong to reserved category you will be eligible as there is age relaxation. Check the age relaxation on upper age limit for IBPS clerk
- Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe: 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen / Disabled Ex-Servicemen: Actual period of service rendered in the defence forces + 3 years (8 years for Disabled Ex-Servicemen belonging to SC/ST) subject to a maximum age limit of 50 years
- Persons With Disabilities: 10 years
- Persons carrying Jammu & Kashmir domicile during the period 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989: 5 years
- Widows, divorced women and women legally separated from their husbands who have not remarried: 9 years
- Regular employees of the Union Carbide Factory, Bhopal retrenched from service (Applicable to Madhya Pradesh state only)/ Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years
