PIYUSH, I will list down the top colleges you can get admission in under JEE Main. This is based on your rank and previous year cutoffs. You can try for admission in these colleges (decreasing order of preference):-
- National Institute of Technology Agartala
- National Institute of Technology Arunachal Pradesh
- National Institute of Technology Hamirpur
- National Institute of Technology Meghalaya
- National Institute of Technology Puducherry
But again it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper.

With this rank it is quite difficult for you to secure a good nit, however if you wait till last rounds of counselling you can get admission into some north eastern nits like nit arunachal Pradesh, nit tripura, nit Sikkim, nit meghalaya. You can get these in spot round as well. So, wait till last rounds of counselling.
Hope it helps.
