Hello,
If you wish to go for an undergraduate degree course then you require-
1)Candidates should have passed Senior Secondary School Examination/ 12th Board Examination from any recognised educational institution.
2)Candidates need to score atleast 45% marks in their qualifying degree to appear in CLAT 2019. For the candidates belonging to SC and ST categories need to score at least 40 percent marks in the aggregate of subjects.
3)There is no age bar to appear in CLAT 2019 as per Supreme Court’s stay order.
And if you wish to go for postgraduate degree course you require -
1)Candidates applying for postgraduate law programme, LLM need to possess a bachelor’s degree in law. The law degree can be of five-year integrated or three year law programme from an institution approved by the Bar Council of India.
2)Candidates need to score atleast 55 percent in his/her qualifying degree. Whereas candidates belonging to reserved categories have been given 5 percent relaxation wherein they need to score 50 percent marks in their qualifying degree of law.
3)Moreover, there is no age bar to appear in CLAT 2019 to seek admission into the postgraduate law programme.
