Yes you are qualified to write neet examination if you have more than 50% marks in general Category. In any category with this percentage you are eligible to write exam.
Therefore if you get higher ranks and scored well in need, you can of course get admission in aiims. The admission in aiims depends on your neet score. Thus you ain't worry about your class 12 marks once you are eligible.

Hi
Can you please help us with your aggregate in physics chemistry and Biology? As you have mentioned your aggregate marks in physics chemistry biology and English but your marks in English is not considered for fulfilling % requirement of Neet eligibility criteria ,you just need to have passed in English.
Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible you must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
So, if you meet this percentage requirement with your aggregate marks in PCB then you definitely eligible for Neet examination and after qualifying Neet examination on the basis of marks/ rank obtained by you , you can get in AIIMS too.
