Of Course, you are eligible for UPSC CDS examination you can apply for UPSC CDS examination after completing your graduate degree or as appearing candidate in any stream and also there is not any percentage bar to apply.
For Army any Graduate
For Air Force 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics + Graduation in Any stream
For Navy B.E/B.Tech Only

Yes you can apply but at the time of ssb interview you have to submit your provisional certificate of graduation. So if you can then you are Eligible.
And for different academic they have different educational qualifications criteria:
For IMA-graduation from any recognised university
For naval (INA)- an engineering degree is required from any recognised university.
For air force -an engineering degree or graduation from any recognised university but must taken physics amd mathematics in 12th.

The Combined Defence Services Examination (abbreviated as CDS Exam) is conducted twice a year by the Union Public Service Commission for recruitment into the Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy.
As you've said that you're a final year graduate student you are eligible for the examination if you are between the age range of 19-25 years.

Eligibility Criteria for CDS is passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university, yes final year students too are eligible to apply but it's on provisional basis, you need to show the proof of passing the qualifying examination during document verification process, so if you are able too get your educational documents within the stipulated time, you can go ahead and apply for the same.
