Here are some details about the cut off that might help you -

1) CAT cutoff for old IIMs and top B-schools such as FMS (University of Delhi), MDI Gurgaon, SPJIMR Mumbai, etc. goes over 99 percentile.

2) New IIMs including IIM Sambalpur, IIM Ranchi, Raipur, Rohtak, Udaipur, Trichy and Kashipur and other top B-schools have cutoff 90 percentile and above.

3) On the other hand, the cutoff for B-schools belonging to tier two to four range from 80 to 50 percentile.

Can you please specify which college are you asking for ? Different colleges call you after considering different criteria.

If you want to get into IIMs then above 99 percentile is required. Other colleges call for lower percentiles as well. So depending on the college you want the percentile you must get differs.
