As you mentioned your of 500 in NEET 2019 so you have chance to get some government colleges in UP. Yo ha ve chance to get U.P. Rural institute of medical science & research, Etawah. Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya medical institute of Lucknow. Generally cutoff varies every year hope you may get some more good colleges in UP.
