Yes, you can get placed in these top Multi national companies such as Amazon, Google, Accenture, Siemens, etc.., And also, the colleges are the very good one's like IIT Bombay and etc.., You have the higher chances of getting placed in IT companies, product based companies and as well as the core companies in Electronics. And coming to the salary package, it all depends on your talent in the interviews.
