But, you need not worry there are many colleges in Delhi which will give you admission into their college, with you rank and category you will definately be able to make it into the best college.

According , to me you can get admission into IP as any person with a very high rank such as 30k also gets admission into IP university , the thing is you have to wait till the sliding round.And in your case you have two benefits Firstly you are from Delhi and secondly you are a reserved category.
