hello sir I got 4439 rank , 608 gate score , 64 marks in gate 2019 ee ST category. what are the chances I get a psu call?

First of all congratulations on getting such high score. The GATE cut off of for PSU jobs 2019 has not been officially released. It is based on various factors such as the number of students appeared, the difficulty of the GATE paper, number of vacancies, etc. There are more than 45 PSUs which recruit students based on their GATE scores.

GATE 2019:

The GATE 2019 was organized by IIT madras this year. The exam was held on February 2,3,9 and 10 2019. The results and qualifying scores were released on March 15 2019.
