Congratulations!!! You have good chance of getting government college through state quota but i think you have to wait till last round.. Less chances through AIQ Councelling. Wait for your state rank, rest depends on number of seat available in your state..

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota. however  may have good enough  chances for admission to government colleges under state quota.
