Hello sir, I got 514 marks in meet 2019 and belongs to general category with MP domicile. Can I get admission in government college?

You are so close, but with this marks, it's very hard to get a government seat, as you belongs to the general category. 514 marks are very decent, but to get a government college with the General category, your marks should touch above 550. So hard luck this time, and best of luck for future
