Hii Manoj
Yes you can appear for NEET exam next year if you have cleared your backlogs i.e. if you have passed your 12th exam by clearing all the subjects.
Hope the details were helpful
For further more details about NEET,please do refer the link given below:

Thank You
The minimum eligibility criteria for being able to appear for NEET is that
-
You must pass in all the subjects.
-
Your aggregate score in PCB Group subjects must be at least 50% for the UR and 40% for the reserved categories.
If you clear the above 2 aspects of eligibility, you are well to go.
The 52% you mentioned must have been about your all subjects. Try to determine the percentage of the PCB subjects only and make sure you passed in all.
Good Luck !
Dear Manoj, if you have completed your 10+2 and cleared all your subjects either the first time or in supplementary exams, you are considered passed and are eligible for NEET. Now regarding securing 52%, you havent mentiones whether it was the aggregate of all subjects or just Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Now for being eligible for NEET, you should have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.
