Hello,

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

With UR category and 537 marks, you might not get any government college through All India quota. Hence you wont get any seat in Delhi because cutoffs are usually 600+.

But, you have  high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state through state quota.
