Good morning,

As per your percentile score in JEE Mains 2019, you have not qualified the exam through general category quota as the cut-off for general category candidates is 89.7548849 percentile. So you canot apply for JOSAA counselling sessions and hence you cannot get a seat into any of the NITs, IIITs or GFTIs.
