NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
hello.
Though the final cut off for GMCH has not been annoucned, it has had a cut off of 637 and 653 since past 2 years (for AIQ). Thus is can be predicted that the cut off this year may also be about 640 or something.
You do have a decent score, you may try in other colleges as well, ones under your domici would be recommended.
You have neither mentioned which category you belong to nor the state you live in. But when comparing the results of previous years, a score of 550 or above remained to be a safe zone for the general category and 500 or above for obc category. For SC and St, 400 or above was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical colleges. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link

Good luck
