The admission possibilities depends on factors like the number of seats available, number of applicants and your rank . Talking about rank , it is estimated using both entrance score and IPE score ,75% and 25% respectively. So without IPE score it is difficult to say but on an assumption basis if you have scored well in IPE then your estimated rank may be below 35K. If so then I am afraid it slightly on a lower side and your chances to get a top government college is low even under CAP . You may get private colleges or even few low ranked govt. colleges  based on availability of seat .
