Hello sir I got 63 in cucet which was conducted in 2019can I get CSE at central University of Karnataka or Haryana

Hello Vinay,
You scored decent marks in CUCET exams but they are not enough to get admission in the Central University of Haryana. You can try for admission in Karnataka there are chances you will get admission into this one.
At the same time try applying for other colleges to be on safer side.
