Ou is the top government university in Hyderabad. With this rank you cannot seek admission in the top government university. However you can get admission in other top colleges also.

TS ICET is an entrance exam to do therez graduation in MCA and MBA
Congratulations for getting a good rank but it's really hard to get seat in OU campus because of the cutoff rank provided by the college in 2018 for MBA-761
MCA-6067
Cutoff rank changes year to year so try your luck
