If you belong to general category, then I'm afraid to tell you that you have not cleared the minimum cut-off for general category in JEE Mains 2019. This won't allow you to apply for JOSAA counselling and therefore you cannot get into any of the NITs. But if you belong to another category, feel free to comment and ask for alternatives to the query.
