It is difficult to predict because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
~ Number of seats available
~ Difficulty level of the exam
~ Number of students appeared in the exam
~ Caste Category of the students, etc
For your ICAR rank you have little chances of getting B.Sc Agriculture but not sure because cut-offs changes from year to year and you can even try for Management quota seats in good Colleges.
