It's very hard to predict to get seat based on percentile,but looking through your secured 98.014 percentile there is a chance to get IIT for u( general).
As per the IITs the minimum eligibility to secure the seat is 85 percentile for general.and 75 percentile for all other remaining categories.And u must score minimum 65% in ur +2 .
So, there is possibility for u to get seat in IIT I.e., based on your percentile.

For getting admission in any IIT,you will have to crack JEE advance.
only NIT and other private colleges take admission on the basis of JEE main.
