hello sir, I got AIR 4949 in iit jam 2020 and my marks is 15.00. But qualifying marks is 19.53 for obc(ncl). can I get admission in nit or not. please reply me.

hi,
see since you did not qualify the cutoff marks you are not eligible for counselling. however except iits, there is many good university is available in india which provides msc admission, like banaras hindu university, delhi university, calcutta university, central universities of India, you may also apply for this institutions.
