Hello sir I got seat in 1st phase with 729 rank. But I want to go for second phase can I have any chance to get seat in CVSR civil branch?

I would like to inform you that it's very likely for you to get a seat in Anurag Group of Institutions but I have a doubt you may get civil within this rank since according to the recent trends it is to be noted that civil engineering cutoff closes around 700.
