Your percentile is bit high.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have a tough chance of getting Medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Raipur, NIT Rourkela, NIT Bhopal,etc for the preferred branch.
You can get civil in some lower ranked NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Durgapur, NITs from North-east,etc.
